Damage guarantee and returns

Mirrors are glass, and glass sometimes loses to a courier. Our promise is simple: if yours arrives damaged we replace it free, and you never post broken glass back to us.

Arrived damaged?

Photograph the damage and the outer packaging, including the shipping label, and email info@fulllengthmirror.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery. We raise it with the courier and dispatch a replacement, usually the same working day. Keep the damaged mirror until we confirm whether the courier wants to inspect it; in most cases you can dispose of it safely after that.

If the box is visibly crushed when the driver hands it over, you can refuse the delivery and let us know. That is the fastest route to a replacement.

Changed your mind?

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return an unused mirror in its original packaging, and a further 14 days to send it back. Because mirrors are large and fragile, return carriage is at your cost and we recommend using the original packaging and a tracked, insured service. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of the mirror reaching the supplier.

Faulty after use

If a fault appears later, for example a frame joint failing or silvering spotting, email info@fulllengthmirror.co.uk with photos and your order number. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full.
