Delivery
Every mirror we sell is held in UK stock and dispatched within one working day of your order. Large mirrors travel with specialist couriers who handle glass every day, and anything over 150cm goes on a two-person service where the courier offers it.
How long does delivery take?
Dispatch is within one working day. Standard delivery then takes two to seven working days depending on the size of the mirror and your postcode. You get a tracking link by email the moment the courier collects.
What does delivery cost?
Free on UK mainland orders over £75. Smaller orders pay the carrier rate shown at checkout. Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands are quoted separately because glass couriers surcharge those routes. Email info@fulllengthmirror.co.uk with your postcode before ordering and we will confirm the price.
Check your mirror when it arrives
Unwrap the mirror the day it arrives and look it over. If the glass is cracked or the frame is marked, photograph the damage and the packaging and email info@fulllengthmirror.co.uk within 24 hours. We arrange a free replacement and you do not have to send the broken one back. Details are on the damage guarantee and returns page.
